Disable Driver Signature Enforcement in Windows 8

To install the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack with your Bluetooth adapter, you may need to disable driver signature enforcement if you are using Windows 8 or Windows 8.1.

Firstly, you will need to boot up Windows in Advanced Startup mode. This can be done by clicking on the Restart Computer button in the Bluetooth Stack Tool.

Your computer will restart, and the following screen will appear.

 

1 - Disable Driver Signature Enforcement - Select Troubleshoot

Click Troubleshoot.

 

2 - Disable Driver Signature Enforcement - Select Advanced Options

Click Advanced options

3 - Disable Driver Signature Enforcement - Select Startup Settings

Click Startup Settings

4 - Disable Driver Signature Enforcement - Restart

Click Restart

5 - Disable Driver Signature Enforcement - Press F7

Select Disable driver signature enforcement by pressing F7 on your keyboard

Next, you may try running the tool again for the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack to detect and install drivers for your Bluetooth adapter.
