What’s New in Smoothboard 2.0?

Extended Annotation features
- Size, Color, Shape (Line, Arrow, Rectangle, Ellipse, Scribble)
- Undo/Redo
- Eraser/Erase All (click Erase twice)
- Select and Move/Resize

- Screen Tools (Background Color (White/Black), Background Lines/Grid, Snapshot Screen, Snapshot Region, Open Snapshot Folder).

Smart Menu, alternative to Floating Toolbar. Allows quick access to Right Click, Middle Click Scroll and all the Floating Toolbar’s functions.

Click and Hold trigger – Activates Right Click or Smart Menu if the IR pen is held down for about 1 second.
Floating Toolbar is now resizable and can be docked to the sides of the screen.

Outside Screen Toggles now fixed with Up and Down triggers on both sides of the screen. Bottom of the screen used to toggle to Right Click.
Restart calibration by clicking and holding the IR pen for more than 2 seconds during calibration.
Configurations for – minimizing to taskbar, minimize application when launched, show/hide Floating Toolbar when launched, and Snapshot folder.

In the past few months, we have been continuously working to bring our users with localized versions of Smoothboard.

Now, Smoothboard is available in more than 15 languages such as Arabic, Chinese, English, Danish, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Serbian, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish and Vietnamese.

SmoothConnect – Wiimote Autoconnect

Smoothboard 1.6 now comes with a built-in Wiimote automatic connect utility, SmoothConnect.

Just launch Smoothboard and press the 1+2 buttons on the Wiimote/Wiimotes. SmoothConnect will automatically learn and connect to the Wiimotes.

The SmoothConnect will be loaded if you are using the MS Bluetooth Stack. The Bluetooth dongles that uses this stack can be purchased from our resellers.

Smoothboard in French, German, Serbian, Chinese and Spanish

Updated: The latest Smoothboard release is now available in French, German, Serbian, Spanish and Chinese languages.
